Shoreline is owned and operated by Ono Island resident Ron Yaeger, a licensed General Contractor and Home Builder in Alabama and Florida.  Ron served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Combat Engineer Platoon Commander and graduated in Construction Management from East Carolina University.  He began his career in commercial construction building for publicly traded companies across the country before focusing on residential home construction.  Ron and his family have lived in Baldwin County for 18 years.

Shoreline offers flexibility with select home plans to choose from, or a design team who can work with your vision to design your home from scratch.  Ron and his team will work closely with you on every detail including timing and finish selections.  Shoreline will build a home budget and schedule before ever going to contract.
